Bill R. Orr, Chief Executive Officer of Lasso Partners, has been involved in independent oil and gas production for over 28 years. He is responsible for supervision of all aspects of the Fund’s investment program and strategy, as well as overall management of Lasso Partners. Over the past ten years, Mr. Orr has teamed with entities such as ExxonMobil, El Paso Corporation, Shell Oil Company, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Kerr-McGee Corporation, the Bass family (BEPCO), Pogo Producing Company, Hunt Oil Company and Forest Oil Corporation to focus on large reserve potential oil and gas projects. Prior to 1997, Mr. Orr focused on exploration of shallow oil and gas wells in West Texas and New Mexico and founded two low-pressure casing head gas gathering and liquids processing facilities. Mr. Orr holds a B.A. in Business Finance from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
