Kirk M. Scoggins, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Engineering Officer of Lasso Partners, has been involved in the oil and gas business for the past 28 years. Mr. Scoggins is responsible for deal origination, investment structuring and monitoring, as well as management of Lasso Partners. Mr. Scoggins has spent the past eight years as Vice President for Strategic Development and Operations of Raptor Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company in Texas. Notable projects include Jalmat Field (Lea County, NM) and Orange Dome (Orange County, TX). Prior to joining Raptor Resources, Mr. Scoggins spent a total of eleven years as a financial structuring specialist in the energy finance groups at Continental Bank in Houston, Texas (from 1985 until 1989) and Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas, Texas (from 1989 until 1996). Mr. Scoggins holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
