Steven L. Fowler, Chief Financial Officer of Lasso Partners, has spent 22 years as a certified public accountant (CPA) in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Fowler is responsible for the financial management and control of Lasso Partners, as well as oversight of all accounting and back office operations. Mr. Fowler has worked with the Orr Entities for over twenty years. In 1997, Mr. Fowler co-founded Layton & Fowler, CPAs, LLP. Since that time, Mr. Fowler has focused on large oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures, related credit transactions and financial analysis. Mr. Fowler holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
